Banham were able to replace a new cylinder for my Banham lock which is over 35 years old. The service was friendly, efficient and most satisfactory and I am grateful to them.Nico and David in the Guildford Showroom were fantastic!

Dear all (including Banham Management),I must tell you about a Luke Preedy at Banham customer service. The is EXCELLENT. Will not quit till solves the problem, however complicated Super. I had many, self inflicted, problems with my order. First I ordered 3 locks. Then I opened an account on the site, realized I could have the same key for all Locks if I by them as a set, which I did after signing in. The problems started when i tried to cancel my fist order. In desperate I wrote to Banham for help and was fortunate enough to land on Luke’s desk. He fixed it. Then I wanted more keys. Again could not figue out who to do it (management, note RETAIL cannot find the page to order extra keys on your site). He fixed that even callling to take my credit card (I live abroad). The man is an asset to the company and its customer

Quickly opened a cash box from our festival for which I had lost the key, and restored it all to a working state. Excellent friendly service and open on Saturdays when other local locksmiths are not.

Very good service from Jack in the Guildford shop. He cleaned one of my Banham keys saving having a new one cut as it was restored to working order. The other work of cutting new keys was done efficiently and in good time. Thank you.

After losing a set of keys I telephone Banham at 4pm on Thursday night to order new cylinders for three locks. The order arrived at my home in Berwick-on-Tweed - 350 miles away - at 9am next morning, complete with instructions and photographs from David Vesci on how to to fit them. Exceptional service - with a follow up call from David to make sure that everything had gone smoothly with our local locksmith. THANK YOU!

Great service by Nico, David and Jack, lovely people, advised me on the function of my locks and had my key registered and cut super fast.

After recently moving house, I needed duplicate front door keys cut. I sought help from three key cutters, plus the key manufacturer - none were able to duplicate my key! They advised I change the entire door lock, which I was keen to avoid.Feeling defeated, I tried my luck one last time with Banham in Golders Green, and spoke to David. To my delight, David was able to cut my key! He did this quickly and provided great service. I couldn’t recommend David and Banham highly enough!
