A good store let down by a bad attitude to service.Most of them are lovely and helpful, but that one squirelly old woman bites off more than she can chew. Rude, condescending on till, and judgemental.Good shop, but staff needs a retrain.

Not happy, I called into store yesterday to be told they’ve not received any deliveries of washing lines this year so far . Come on B&M get your act together . You sell everything else but the kitchen sink .

Great parking, always good prices and never too busy. Great place for just about everything you need. Always specials and discounts. End up coming out with what I didn't go in for!

If I could give 0 stars I would, I was with my son and as I was leaving I got stopped by 2 workers and got accused of stealing, they searched by bags and pockets to find nothing and said we thought you was stealing because your wearing a tracksuit" this is absolutely disgusting I should be able to wear whatever I want and go onto a shop without having to worrie if I look suspicious or not!!"

Says they close at 18:00. Arrived at 17:45 and said they were already closed. Not impressed, really needed to grab one quick item and they decide to close early. Hopefully their Head Office reads this review.
