Groomer Has It

I recently worked with Sam as a service provider (website design). I found her to be very professional and focused on the outcome she wished to achieve. She had a clear vision for the website inline with the branding messaging she had created but also allowed me creative freedom for the overall design. I'm sure Groomer Has It will be a great success and I look forward to working with Sam again in the future.

Sam recently completed a puppy introduction groom on my Sprocker Spaniel puppy. Sam spent time with me talking through options suitable for a spaniel both for now and the future explaining the pros and cons and also any specifics I wanted as owner.On the day Sam did a fantastic job introducing my puppy to the process. Only doing what he was comfortable with so as not to scare him for the future. He came home freshly bathed, dried and had a little trim on his legs. I would highly recommend Sam both for the grooming job she did on my puppy but also how much she helped me as owner!My puppy will definitely be going back to Sam for his next spa day!

Took my Cocker Spaniel to Sam as he was in need of a good groom. He was very relaxed with Sam.As this was our first visit she took time to find out health issues and his needs. When I arrived back to collect him he was looking great and was still wagging his tail. Looking forward to his next visit.Thank you Sam

Sam made sure to find out as much as she could about my dog before the groom, as it was his first visit. He is an elderly terrier cross with an awkward coat to trim (long wiry top coat and soft undercoat) but she took the time to make sure he was smooth and evenly cut which is tricky. Sam did a great job, he looked and smelled lovely afterwards. He was happy to be with her and I think he cleaned her out of treats! Many thanks for a great experience Sam!

Sam was great with Rodney on his first visit and they hit it off immediately. He needed a big tidy up for the summer, and she did a fantastic job, definitely recommend. Beautiful salon, very clean and tidy and accessible and Sam is a very warm and welcoming professional lady.

Our cockapoo Roxy had had an intro and full groom with Sam now... Roxy feels so soft and smells gorgeous.. Sam is so good with our pup even tho she was a bit nervous. Would highly recommend her and her services.

From the outset Sam has been amazing, spending time with Harls and us in turn to make us all feel understood and comfortable. Sam is a great dog groomer. This is a home setting and not a shop so more time, love and care is taken to get to know your dog. Would not go anywhere else now other than Sam. My dog always comes home fully clean and fresh and most of all happy. Would highly recommend.
