Great service, no pushy salesman. I was not able to get to them at the agreed time to collect the car, they went out of their way to deliver the car for me to Halifax on the same evening for no extra charge. I would highly recommend. Thanks lads great customer service.

Went for a part exchange for my car because I would be traveling to work more further. Very good customer service and appreciated with my situation and helped out a lot. Definitely highly recommend and been honest with everything. Definitely would use in future if required. I have the car for over few months now and no issues at all, only few things that was normal wear and tear. Thanks again.

Bought a 66 Plate Merc CLA Shooting Brake. The Car was as described, the minor blemishes had been pointed out when we chatted over the phone, before i set off the approx 100 miles to pay and collect. The price was very fair and took into account the minor blemishes, the car was well presented very clean inside and out. The guys were very good to deal with. We own 6 other cars including 4 classics and are always interested/involved etc in the car trade, so with experience i can say that these guys at Norwood Car Sales from our experience are as good to deal with as any you will find and likely much better than many. Hopefully as long as you are realistic and don't expect a New car for a Used price or something for nothing you will have as good an experience dealing with them as we had.

Bought my first car from them, they were very nice and helpful and did not pressure me into buying like other dealers. Even though there was a problem with the sensor they helped me fix it immediately. Now it has been around 2 month and the car runs perfectly. Therefor i would definitely recommend buying from them.
