this is Lords Walk in Amesbury it a long tree lind walk from Countess Rd to the LondonRd apparamntly desinged by the Lord of the manor in the 14th c . The manor is stoll there& is an old peaples home .

Hunter- gatherers lived here thousands of years ago. A fascinating place.Many tools and eg. a tooth of a domestic dog from perhaps 6000 years ago have been found here.
