We asked S J Howard to install a new Hive Thermostat. They did a great job despite the fact that Hive had provided an incorrect thermostat. They were quick, tidy and friendly to deal with. Made what might have been a difficult experience with the wrong thermostat straightforward, speaking to Hive on the phone and solving the issue. Have already asked then to undertake our regular boiler servicing. Many thanks for a great service.

We used S J Howard to carry out an emergency repair on a broken toilet. They attended very promptly and solved the problem. We then re-booked them to fix a leaking bathroom sink. The standard of work carried out was to a high standard and apart from a small issue with the invoicing this was a good experience. Thoroughly recommended.

Simons team replaced my manual radiator valves for thermostatic valves so I could setup Hive smart heating. Only a small job but thoroughly pleased with the teams quick, efficient and professional job. I will definitely use them again when the time comes and have no qualms about recommending.

When our boiler packed up late November we wondered whether we would ever get a new boiler fitted before Christmas. But we contacted S J Howard Ltd and Simon came immediately to give us a quote. He fitted the new boiler shortly afterwards and we are delighted with the result. We can highly recommend his professionalism and standard of work. And we once again have a nice warm house, all in time for Christmas!
