Absolutely rubbish they don't answer the phones and don't reply to emails very very poor service she ashamed of them selfs.

Iv been emailing for five weeks now with no reply for my child arrangement order I'm totally at a loss

Absolutely disgusting service.. where do I start.. never answer the phone, you either get told to call back later or if by a miracle you actually get a ring tone, you wait for over an hour each time only to be buttoned and have to start again. At this point, I have genuinely spent days trying to get through. They even have a pre-recorded message now explained if you haven't received an email or post with a link/details to your teams call hearing to call a different number that, you guessed it, is busy or no answer. Complete joke of a service, if you can even call it that as they aren't providing one.

Joke of a place a complete shambles….spent 3 hours on a ring tone over 5 days of just not answering…pathetic service in fact disgraceful when it’s people that need help….absolute joke.

Please employe more telephone operators. 1 simple question but hours on the phone,With all our phone operators are busy please phone back later"...grrrr"

They give out all the different numbers to call and then you NEVER get a reply. Disgraceful public service! Or I should say non- service

What can I say, well an asylum is one of many words i would use to describe this absolute incomepent and wholy unprofessional organisation. I have experienced lost evidence, late/missing correspondence, a don't care attitude and this is only when you get to speak to what seems to resemble a human on the end of the phone if you are lucky. Everything about this organisation needs a drastic overhaul, I think it's got so bad I think the system needs disbanding and starting again; at the very least it needs privatising.On a positive note to the organisation they now have another one star rating which is unfortunate from my perspective as they realy deserve zero or less.

They ask you to call yet no one ever picks up the phone. Phone rang for 1 hour 43 minutes before being cut off. It’s like a 3rd world court. God know why we pay taxes

Lost my court documents, don't return calls, seem in cahoots with the local police in a civil matter-a complete joke of a legal service
