We've just had our furniture fitted in both bedroom and lounge and we can't describe how pleased we are with the result. Helen looked after us since the beginning, she was very helpful and guided us with the design. Sian also helped us with all our questions in a very quick and professional way. John and the rest of the team have done a great job, the furniture looks amazing, great quality, huge variety of colours and styles to choose from. Everything was fitted in two days only, with the maximum attention to detail, and the rooms were left so clean nobody could tell that wardrobes had just been fitted there! The price was excellent for the overall quality of the service. We are definitively calling Blueprint back for our second bedroom soon, and we would recommend them 100 times! We are super happy customers! Very well done all of you :)

Absolutely thrilled with the service we received from Blueprint from start to finish. The design process was very smooth and the team listened carefully to our requirements. On the day itself the fitters were very professional and got the job done with no mess or concerns; and I couldn’t even offer them tea due to Covid! Absolutely brilliant ! The experience of buying bespoke furniture from Blueprint was superb. We had an idea of what we wanted for lounge cabinets and shelves but couldn't find anything in the furniture shops that came close to what we were looking for. Helen from Blueprint came out to us for an initial design consultation and came up with some great ideas and then in a few days produced a visual design which she sent to us to review. We then changed elements of the design a few times as we thought about it. Helen was really flexible and responsive and each time she came back promptly with a fresh design, the price was also very competitive for bespoke furniture so we ordered. The fitting process was excellent, no mess, no fuss and the furniture quality is outstanding. I highly recommend Blueprint for fitted furniture and will use them again without hesitation.

We genuinely cannot remember a better customer experience. Every aspect was second to none - from all the help with the initial design with Helen and Sian, to the expert fitting with John and Reese. The quality of the furniture is excellent, and the design truly bespoke (e.g. were able to incorporate existing fittings that could not be moved rather than others who proposed simply concealing them, which was not what we wanted). Nothing was too much trouble for any of team and the pricing very competitive. We have had the installation a couple of months and we are absolutely delighted. We would not go anywhere else for this product in the Wokingham area. A friend recommended Blueprint, and we are very grateful that they did!

You never really find out how good a business is until you have a problem, and I'm pleased to say that when I encountered one I discovered that Blueprint's after sales service is just as outstanding as their workmanship and value for money was when I initially purchased my wardrobes.Several years after they were installed I had a small issue with a piece of laminate coming away slightly. I phoned up and enquired if anything could be done about it and the team went above and beyond to rectify it for me, not just repairing but replacing the part, without fuss and with minimum inconvenience to me.This experience was very reminiscent of my original dealings with Blueprint when I originally got a quote and had the wardrobes installed. The price was very competitive and they worked with me to figure out exactly what I needed in terms of my storage. Once I placed the order the installation was fast and professional and to a very high standard.It's now been probably more than 5 years since I bought my wardrobes. They still look great and are as sturdy as the day they were fitted.I'd recommended Blueprint to anyone.

It was probably the best decision we ever made.This family run business is very helpful, professional and provides first class products & service.
