Stephen had been recommended to me by a friend when I was having troubles vocally at the start of the year.I later discovered I had a polyp on my vocal chord and needed surgery. Therefore I got in contact with Stephen as soon as I was allowed to sing again.To be honest I had lost hope in a lot of teachers and was worried this would be the same. But I was proved wrong instantly.Stephen has helped me massively on my rehab journey back to vocal health, mentally and physically. He puts you instantly at ease, making the lesson comfortable and a safe space for you. The knowledge he has is incredible and allows us to try new ways of rehabilitating the voice. I see improvements each lesson and know that even though the journey may be long, Stephen will help me reach full vocal health.I can not recommend Stephen enough, he’s extremely skilled and knowledgable and I’m excited for his lessons instead of filled with anxiety. He’s an absolutely credit to himself and any company he works for.

Stephen and Lydia are two of the most knowledgeable people in the industry. Combined, they are an unstoppable force. With them you know that your voice is in safe hands and you will leave your lesson feeling like you’ve achieved what you set out to. It also helps that they are two of the kindest people you could ever dream to work with.

The combined knowledge of both Stephen and Lydia is incredible and I can’t think of anyone else I could recommend as highly. Having struggled vocally for a few years, I have seen Stephen for lessons over the past year and have noticed how much more willing I am to share my voice with the world. Since starting vocal coaching sessions with Stephen at Pro Voice Care I’ve not only seen a massive improvement in my voice and technique but also in my confidence with singing. Stephen approaches the lessons in a knowledgeable and thorough way that is tailored to me and my individual vocal needs. This individual approach means that I have felt a quick improvement in my voice and also makes the lessons more enjoyable as you know your working on stuff that will actually improve your voice.

Learning with Stephen is creatively challenging and FUNI am an enthusiastic amateurWanting to stretch my vocal skills and having a safe space to try things I feel not ready to share with others.Then unexpectedly I am ready ( how did that happen ???) to perform something new and in search of a place to share. 2 concerts and 7 open mic nights so far .....Stephen uses a variety of vocal exercises and techniques to build skill and confidence imparting latest learning as he researches acquires and embraces them.Sent from my iPhone

Out of all the singing lessons I have had, this one with Stephen has been the most incredible. I have learnt so much and would definitely recommend if you want to enhance your singing training. I have never known a teacher who knows so much!!!

Stephen and Lydia are a vocal brain box, the Ant + Dec duo of vocal care. Having lessons with both of them, I can not recommend them enough. Knowing you are in complete safe hands, you can trust you will learn endless amounts with them.

Stephen King is AMAZING. He was initially recommended to me as I had been suffering with TMJ dysfunction for years, which was really holding me back from pursuing my love of singing.I had almost given up all hope of ever finding a solution, but to my amazement through a combination of manual therapy and Vocal Coaching, Stephen has massively helped alleviate my jaw pain and is now guiding me through a vocal coaching programme.I suffer with anxiety and it takes a lot for me to become comfortable with a teacher, but Stephen's super caring and down to earth personality completely puts me at ease and I always look forward to our next lesson. He listens, always encourages and never puts you down.Stephen's knowledge never seizes to amaze me and I love that he is constantly researching new techniques and approaches, that he will happily share with his students to help them achieve their individual goals and potential.His lessons are fun and extremely informative. Stephen is the ultimate professional. When sharing techniques and helping improve certain aspects of singing, he not only will explain what to do and how it’s suppose to feel but why it will be beneficial too. So you’re never left making funny faces and noises for no apparent reason. The results absolutely speak for themselves. Whenever I know I have a lesson with Stephen I instantly feel at ease knowing whatever is stressing be out will be put to bed, and I’m actually excited for what I’m going to learn that day. Intelligent, passionate and caring teaching is absolutely the way forward, and thankfully Stephen has that in bag fulls.
