I haven't been to a salon in over a decade and was extremely nervous. I had however seen a stranger and was so impressed by her haircut, I asked her who had done it, as it seemed in every way to suit her. Vitor was entirely person centred in a very genuine way and I felt entirely safe in his hands and very much felt I would trust his judgement and we spent a good deal of initial time, exploring what would suit me and the type of hair that I had, which would influence the kind of cut to choose. My first time visiting and I had the best experience! Molly took so much time and care. She listened to everything I asked of her, and cut & coloured my hair exactly as I asked her to. I have curly hair and have frequently left other hair salons after a cut with wet hair, but not today as Molly knew exactly how to style and finish it. I am so delighted with my hair cut. Without doubt I will be returning for Molly to cut my hair in the future.

I had an awful experience with Popham hairdressers. I felt I was NOT listened to, the hairdresser was extremely rude at times and I felt leaving worse than ever. I didn’t have the confidence to tell the stylist as I thought she would make the situation worse. A really truly disheartening experience. Would never go back.

I desperately needed a change to my hair and I opted for the wolf cut but with longer layers and I showed some pictures for inspiration. Nicola talked me through ways she could give me a 90s look that would suit my face and still keep my hair length. Nicola cut my hair to perfection! And the blow dry was absolutely amazing. Nicola gave me tips of how I can blow dry my hair (or even use a straightener or an hot brush), and the products I can use to easily achieve the look. I am so so impressed and I will definitely be back for a blow dry at the Jericho salon :) I also want to say the scalp massage I received when my hair was being washed was the best!!

Great friendly service! I especially appreciated that Reagan listened intently to my needs and wants for my hair color and duplicated the color I requested. In my experience, visiting a new salon for the first time can be daunting since one never knows what the hair will look like when the color is set and dry. This time, I was very happy with the care and expertise Reagan provided. Thank you. I look forward to returning for future visits.
