Great venue. Lovely bar staff!! Always a welcoming atmosphere. Garden area beautifully decorated, especially in the summer. Drink selection is wonderful. Wide range of cocktails, spirits and draught. Would recommend!!

Great Pub, always got the Live Football on, and a great atmosphere on the weekends for the rugby in the Large Beer Garden, and there’s always a great selection of beers

We were threatened by one of the staff when he saw us parking at the permit holder parking bay (we arrived at 7pm) right outside the pub. The staff said that its the owner’s parking spot and it shouldn’t be parked by anyone else.We explained that its already 7pm which parking restrictions wouldn’t be applicable plus its a public parking spot, then the staff told us if we insist to park there, we’ll have to take our chances.We felt unsafe and intimidated by the staffIt’s not acceptable to threaten others!!

Great pub with a huge beer garden and wide selection of beers. Always happy to put on whatever live sports playing on many of there screens.

Great Friendly and inviting pub! Showing all the Live Football, Rugby, Racing and all sports! Great place to watch the Six Nations too :) Staff very accommodating! Lovely large beer garden with outside bar too!

Great Environment here, frequent live music and events to cater for everyone as well as live sport events. Nice homely feel inside the pub and a great selection of premium beer to choose from. Highly recommend if you’re local or passing through oxford.

Absolutely lovely.Staff were very nice, a big event was going on, and I was playing darts.Hopefully the Brookes Darts Society goes to this place more.There was an event where people got a free drink, and the bartender compensated for my condition and allowed me to pick a soft drink.
