I recently sold my house and bought a property with the Pontardawe Branch so I have seen both sides of the process ......selling my house went smooth but alas buying a property in need of a major refurb took a bit of work due to one of the sellers living overseas and with all the time difference and bad phone lines alot of communication issues , but I have to say the professional standards of the office was superb and kept me informed throughout the difficulties and thus securing my home . All the staff were very pleasant and helpful but special mention to Kayley who was excellent above and beyond what I would expect . So thanks again girls and Rhys and I shall see you all again soon when I'll be buying.

Rachel can only be described as an absolute superstar and gem, who did everything she could to ease worries, keep us positive, chase solicitors and ensure we completed before our mortgage offer expired.
