After paying £25 for a very rushed wash, cut & dry, I was told I ‘could come back next week to trim the front bits up’(I had asked for a graduated bob). When I got home and washed my hair it was in such a mess, odd bits all over the place, that I had to go to an alternative hairdresser who kindly put it right for a modest charge. Kerri got all nasty with me on the phone when I tried to book in with her for the re-trim. After over 20 years as a customer at Blow, I shall never go back.
