Great service received from Simon, enquired about some goat feed they didn't hold it in stock but wasn't a issue they got the food ordered in for me let me know when it was ready for collection went along and collected it. Quick, friendly, hassle free service, will definitely be Ordering again when we run out.

5 stars for the team at Staines, Attleborough. They are so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble and you always get a friendly greeting whatever the weather. They really go out of their way to help you.There is a great selection of animal feed covering all budgets. If something is not in stock the team will tell you exactly when the next delivery is planned or give you a call when the product is in stock.The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars for the shop is the website. It would be great if it showed the catalogue of items stocked/available and if you could do a ‘click and collect’ service from the website. A bit of modernisation needed here!

I found all the staff pleasant and very helpful. When they promised to ring when my order was in they kept that promised and rang straight away. They took my name and number and put me on their list so next time I only have to ring to place my order.

Item I wanted was out of stock. Told me they would phone me as soon as it was in AND THEY DID. Great service.

Superb customer service; really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful team who deserve to do well. Great range of farm supplies and animal feeds...and if they haven't got it they'll do their best to get it or find an alternative. Get all my horse and sheep feed from them; wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fantastic place, slightly more expensive than larger shops which is to be expected, but staff nicer and more helpful and very well stocked indeed
