Good location on A428. Plenty of parking. Usual menu of course but staff pleasant which makes the difference. Name comes from the original Gibbett outside-gruesome but interesting!

The big mac i had was the dryest i think ive had. Little dauce, no pickle and not the warmest either. Fries were fresh and nice, but generally dissapointed. Parking can be a bit fun here, vans making it akward in the tight car park (obviously not the vans fault). Its just conveinient on the A128 to stop her and the car park serves several eateries so not macdonalds exclusivley.

Don't get me wrong, food was good, but what is the point of deliver to your table stand number, as you still have to get up & get your sauce, salt & extra napkins, because the young lad only gave us 1 napkin, yet there were 2 of us. I think this system needs rejig, so it does benefit the customer who is waiting at the table for everything they need to enjoy the food.

The chips were the best macdonalds chips we had in while, and all the other food was cooked well and arrived promptly. The nuggets were omitted from the happy meal but this was quickly rectified.

Drive thru for a fillet of fish on its own. Was told to park up and wait for the order and they would bring to me but people infront and behind us had much bigger orders and they got it straight away and I only ordered one burger. Not even a meal just one burger. It was okay. Fish was abit burnt

Ordered via the app, went to drive thru to collect, no mention of a charge for dips until you get to the collection window, then told it’s cash only. Other McDonald’s give dips with a meal?? Had to park in a bay, food came over after a 5 min wait and the fries weren’t fresh. Disappointing

Can’t complain main issues with a drive thru is the wait and gratefully that isn’t the caseHow ever 10pence per sauce when you have just spent £25 on food Not Good !!!!!!! I ate my food with absolutely no sauce beyond belief lol no but honestly when did they start charging for sauces the lady seemed conflicted and would not budge for the life of us so I gave up Parked up in one of there lonely bays and accepted my doom lol the thing is I thought right feeling a little naughty today got the funds so I treated my self to a cheese stacker and if your any thing like me when you go all out for the guilty pleasure that you haven’t been able to shake off your subconscious all day you expect it to go as planed and no sauce just ruined that for me and if I’m to want this post to make any difference it would be that they stop charging 10 pence for sauce

I've given up on this branch, 3 visits in a row with problems. Two times they missed items out of orders, then last night I place an order to be told that there's a system problem and our food will be 45 minutes, they didn't mention this when ordering! Just cancelled the order and left and won't be returning. McDonalds need to have a good look at why this restaurant is doing so poorly.
