Essex Training Group

It was a delight having Tilly & Co teach many of us Level 1 module of the H&S certification programme, a prerequisite for the higher certification from City & Guilds which I believe is the Level 2.I had a wonderful time because I found Tilly very engaging and knowledgeable about the course. He was there to teach and carry every one along. Tilly made sure each and everyone of us contributed in the discussions without fear or any other form of apprehension. He called our attention to every detail of the learning and got us to challenge him directly if we were in doubt of any aspect of the lecture and topic. When and where necessary he used graphic photographs to bring home his explanations of any item of discussion.Tilly always had a smile on his face, which was respectful and reassuring. He wanted everyone of us to pass the course. He inspired confidence in his attitude and was highly professional and very down to earth.I am glad he presided over this programme and I do recommend him highly for other assignments.
