Central AVE shop (Carlisle) being neglected. Busy shop with plenty of trade and staff pleasant but shop needs a referb along with sound system needs looked at as poor quality.

Very friendly staff

They is one stool short for the gaming machines, there is a lot of foul language from the male customers and they are not told by the staff to stop using that language infact some of the staff are as bad. This is not a male only establishment and there are women on the premises. I am not a straight laced female but I do take exception to this language being shouted about when I am present. I do not want staff made aware of this complaint as it is my local bookies and they will know it is me. Maybe a female member of your staff whp is not known to them should into the shop for awhile under the pretence of betting and she can hear for herself. Please do keep my I.d private.

Toilets that have been out of action for months everybody has to use the disabled toilet we were told months ago the place was due a refurb what happened

Always a brilliant service in this coral and good friendly people inside I travel from the other end of the city to use this one and pass 3 others on the way
