Very professional.Friendly, caring staff.Eye examination thorough and made me feel at ease.Rahil is very nice and gave me great advice regarding my eye condition.Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I booked online yesterday for an eye test today! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an excellent selection of Boots or branded glasses and sunglasses. I would definitely recommend

Another very helpful visit to this opticians this week for an eye test. I received positive informative advice during the examinations. Elma was particularly helpful guiding me through frame options, helping me find a good fit. I value the after-care here; if there are any issues with glasses I can pop in and have the glasses adjusted/fixed.

Staff in Cheadle opticians were very helpful and professional. One of the staff members named Chris helped me select my spectacles, I honestly could not have chosen a better pair myself.I told her my price range and she showed me the range what I could afford without any pressure to spend any more.The range of frames covered all taste and prices,so you will be sure to find a pair to suit you and your budget.Many thanks, great job.

I was seen at the appointed time did'nt have to wait .My eyes was checked well and the staff were very friendly .I was very impressed by the State of the art Equipment .I would highly recommend Mr Rahil as he's very kind ,concerned and professional.

First of all i thought the staff, particularly the optician who carried out my test was so fantastic, she made me feel so comfortable.My issue is with the sales team. I attended Boots Opticians Cheadle yesterday evening and had an eye test and purchased some glasses.I did add the Zeiss frames but I was told by the store manager that they were a similar price to the normal lenses, which was a complete lie. I made the payment of £414.50 and left thinking it was expensive but i figured glasses are a lot of money. I went home and checked. My receipt and realised I'd been charged £350 for a pair of glasses. I called this morning and asked why it was so much and was told by the receptionist that the Zeiss lenses were £170!! Which i was not told at the time of purchase and it is also not on the receipt, which is suspicious as everything else is broken down on the receipt .I asked if i could please have a refund for that and she said it was too late and there's only a two hour window for changes. I ordered the glasses at 5:21 last night, right before closing and i called at 9am this morning which is the opening time! With this window in mind means they should have had time to change my order. I appreciate I should have asked how much the lenses were but i suffer with anxiety and I was by myself and felt quite nervous. I feel like i have been misled and taken advantage of.

I have gone to a well known opticians to get my ‘buy one, get one free offer’ for years but never felt it was a very personal experience. Went to Boots Opticians in Cheadle today and had a fantastic service. I was warmly greeted by Elma who was able to answer all my queries and was most reassuring. I managed to get an appointment for that afternoon and decided to spend some time choosing frames - a job I hate. Andy came ver to assist and had the patience of a saint as I think I suit glasses so nothing ‘looks right’. Andy made suggestions if glasses I would never have chosen myself which really suited me!Rahill was the very impressive optician who carried out my test. He was calm, informative, professional and friendly. He gave me more time and advice than I am used to getting!Sara then told me everything I needed to know to make an informed decision about which lenses to choose and carried out all the necessary checks and measurements needed. All the staff were warm and friendly which made it a much more pleasant and personal experience. Gold standard service.

I got some lovely glasses, designer frames and Zeiss lenses for night driving. Unfortunately I could not get used to them. Went back twice for adjustments but the lenses were too close to my eyes and the reading was difficult. At the 3rd time the staff were very helpful and decided they were not suitable. I picked another frame and went back to the gold standard vari Lens and all is well. Staff in there all very helpful and friendly, but I think I should have had some advice when choosing the frames as I think they were too large for my face and just wouldn’t fit right.

Service at Cheadle has always been good but Arifa was exceptional yesterday. Thoroughly professional, friendly and helpful.

Very good customer service, professional and friendly. Felt comfortable and cared for. Both technicians were helpful. Will definitely return for my next eye test. Thank you Arifa.
