I entered the store to hear and buyl a blue tooth speaker .The have the market leaders on display to look at and listen to. I was ignored the whole of the time l was in store looking at the different devices. After a good 15 minutes nobody came near me. So me and my money left the store.No interest sown in me so no purchase v

A lovely store to look around and shop. Not many department stores left. It looked very Christmassy all areas were were easy to get around, it was very clean and tidy. Nice cafe, lovely coffee and cake.

Disgraceful post sales service or replacement for faulty goods. Bought new TV 6 weeks ago for 89 yr old mum. Asked for replacement due to fault. Answer no - you only have 30 days from date of sale and should be advised of policy then. We weren’t. Read TrustPilot reviews on them 1.8 from almost 200 reviews.

One of the biggest malls in Liverpool one, it has 4 floors, each floor having a different array of goods on display. Mostly high ends fashion lines are the there on display. There is a children's section, perfumes, furniture, beddings for babies, men's and women's fashion, luggage, kitchen utensils, and electronics, there is a bureau De change for this with different currencies. There is a place to eat, toilets for males and females and are accessible to wheelchair

Called into A Pace to Eat in John Lewis. Hardly any staff (were told by one member of staff that 10 had left very recently!) Was very busy (probably as a result of M&S closing its cafe and the city being busier than usual due to the Beatles weekend)and a lot of their equipment wasn't working. Lots of foodstuff had run out and it wasn't even 1pm but what was left was of the usual high standard. Felt sorry for the staff, it was very obvious they are seriously understaffed at present, but they were as usual very helpful. As we left there was an influx of a lot of people, certainly more than they would be able to seat.

Always enjoy coming to John Lewis shopping. It’s so clean and they have the most amazing selection of things. They have also added some cool kid’s entertainment stuff to keep the little ones happy.

Love John Lewis they had great sale bargains in ladies designer dresses this weekend and they had beautiful glassware in eye catching displays. John Lewis is just across the road from Albert Dock within Liverpool One's seaward side

Nice shop. Q carparks nearby and there is its own car park. Next to Liverpool one bus station. They have at this time of year quality street stand on ground floor which you can select your own favourites from a selection of quality street sweets. If you don't have my John Lewis card you have to have 3 types of quality street sweets. Tin casts £15. You can refill a tin if you have one which makes it slightly cheaper
