Been taking my cars here for years and they are always excellent. Work has always been completed the same day it was booked in for. Always honest and forth coming about what work needs doing, never trying to make the job bigger than it needs to be.

Trying a new garage to repair your car is a decision that's necessary and unavoidable. You usually take a friends or colleagues advice which is what I did in finding Coventry Garage. From the booking in call to paying the bill the customer service and care to detail was so refreshing. I would have no doubts passing on a recommendation.....superb.

Not knowing much about cars, I always feel a bit nervous about taking mine to the garage. The staff here were great and very patiently explained what needed doing and the different options (and price points!) available. I spoke to a couple of different people on the phone and again when I actually went in to drop my car off and pick it up, but they were all very helpful and polite - and even remembered my name, which was a nice touch. Very flexible with timings as well, as I wasn’t able to pick the car up straight away but they didn’t mind keeping it in for me a bit longer. Thanks again for your help!

Had a tyre puncture near Tile Hill train station, parked up and check on Google map for the nearest tyre garage and found this place. Spoke to Mike, pleasant and friendly. Drove there immediately to get tyre replaced and job quick and I got on with my journey.

A huge thanks to everyone here, I was attending a course at the training company adjacent to the garage (also highly recommended) and having travelled 200 miles, with the return journey that afternoon I had a serious vibration. Despite explaining they were short staffed (this was the Monday of Jubilee week) the key handed over and it was on a ramp in no time. Shortly after they came straight over to see me, quoted me a price for the fault to be rectified and it was done before my course was over. Outstanding service to a new customer, a perfect stranger, who they had no reason to go out their way for but that they did. I had a problem with my brakes fixed. A few days later, another issue arose as a result of the work. Naturally, I was disappointed by this, but I was delighted that the garage took responsibility and fully fixed the problem with no arguments (once it was clear what the cause was). From my perspective, we all make mistakes; it's how they're dealt with that matters, and in this case, the garage dealt with it brilliantly!I'd recommend them because even if there is a problem, you know they've got your back and will get it fixed.

Always take my husband's car for an MOT and always had brilliant experience and more importantly they are trustworthy.

This garage was recommended by DT Autos (owned by Don who is always 5 stars) to repair a damaged alloy and replace the tyre. Friendly and efficient service from all who I came into contact with, thanks to both Don and Coventry Garage.

After a poor response from another garage regarding a problem with our motorhome. I called and booked an appointment with Coventry Garage Ltd. They booked us in promptly and I took the motorhome in today . Excellent service and I will be booking the van in for MOT and service when due. Happy to recommend to others.
