First visit experienceFrom the receptionist to the dental nurse and dentist himself, my visit was 100%, stress free. Why I had got myself into a state, I honestly don't know.The practice staff members, I met were all really friendly, helpful and understanding.Thank you to all the staff I met today.

The receptionist was very helpful when I ask her a question. I was early for my appointment so I sat in the waiting room I only was sat they 5 minutes and I was shouted. When I went into the room the dentist was very nice and the nurse they they explained everything they was doing very nice dentist with lovely staff xx

Absolutely fantastic. I was utterly terrified as I am of the dentist but the guy was see to me and the nurse were so caring. I went through emergency, I'm hoping to join up with them even if it is 50 minutes away from home. Never been to dentist so lovely and welcoming xx

A pleasant experience. Given advice on aftercare and was treated well by both ladies throughout treatment. Always very friendly and helpful. Lovely hygienist and nurse. Reception staff are lovely & helpful too. Thank you

Kabir the dentist was very polite and friendly, very efficient and he did great work on my tooth. Would definitely recommend his work.My nurse Claire was also very efficient and very polite and friendly, a good team.Very pleased with my first visit.

Fieldside Dental Practice
Came here as an emergency appointment, all staff on reception were polite. In the room both the dental nurse and dentist listened to how I felt regarding being nervous. The dentist extracted my tooth in no time and the dental nurse gave me extra gauze and information on after care.

Everyone's so friendly & helpful and understanding. Staff, dental nurse and dentist himself, my visit was 5 star. My whole experience was so relaxing. Dentist did absolutely fantastic job, didnt feel a thing. Cant thank you enough for an excellent job done.

As soon as I walked in the door i was welcomed with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. The Nurses and Doctors both, are equally cheery and the whole thing demands a relaxed demeanour as your worries drift away.My teeth and gums have never felt or looked better and thats a fact. They have given me the confidence to carry their recommended techniques into my own routine. Now i enjoy going to the Dentist to see how much further i have progressed.The staff will remember you and come to say hi even if they are not seeing you that day. Wow, what a breath of fresh air.

Fieldside Dental Practice
Myself and my husband are on the waiting list for this practice but I visited today through the 111 service due to what turned out to be a fractured tooth root which necessitated the extraction of the tooth. From check in at the reception due to departure I was treated politely and respectfully- the male dentist and the nurse were very good at setting me at ease and explaining the issue and also possible further action down the line when the area has healed. Amazing experience today despite my terror at being in the chair.

Very polite , respectful and caring staff.Excellent , hygiene and cleanliness.The lead dentist took great pains to clearly explain the check up results.There is no pressure to undergo surgeries , I was given personal space to make a decision.This helped to allay fears , as indeed the ceiling poster.A huge thank you to the owner of the practice and ALL staff , receptionists,Dentists , and dental nursesJeannette Pellen
