Excellent product the tracker is bang on and the immobiliser is perfect for me. Had an alarm before that nobody takes any notice of. Fitted within 3 days by a very considerate installer who left my van clean and tidy. He made certain I understood how it worked before leaving. Money well spent

Rob came out in late afternoon to fit a tracker for my bike. Commissioned it straight away and was active. App and log in details down loaded. Very easy to use. Robs a nice bloke genuine guy. Deffo recommend.

Contacted Rob the owner and he was professional and friendly. He went over the best options and device for my car. I paid online late last week and fitted on Wednesday. Neat, tidy and no drama. Job well done. Can not fault.

Ordered online, simple and hassle free. Emails that updated you all the time. DPD hadSome issues but not an issue. Trackerfit man John phones on several occasions to keep me updated and then came and fitted within a very short time frame in awful weather! Storm Eunice didn’t beat him though! Nice tidy job you wouldn’t know there was one!Setting up with company was easy and hassle free. Highly recommended for peace of mind!

I did not have the best experience, the appointed installer. He was not respectful to my brand new car. It started to snow and he did not use any tent/protection causing the seat and carpets to be soaked. I used towels to dry off the door/inside. TrackerFit did not care about the feedback. Will go elsewhere for future installations.

Trackerfit were an absolute delight to deal with.I work in a very customer service focused industry so my benchmark for service is high, and it's rare I'm delighted or even vaguely satisfied by many buying experiences I have these days!Communication throughout and after the fitting have been great by both Trackerfit and the engineer who came and fitted the tracker.Both parties showed utmost professionalism, the service was super quick and they went the extra mile to proactively and quickly resolve an issue I had after the fitting.I would absolutely recommend Trackerfit if you're looking for a vehicle tracker.

Very helpful customer services, they advised me on the correct product I would need for my car. Ordering was very simple and quick. Then the fitter was excellent, he had never fitted a tracker to my model of car so had to spend extra time finding a suitable place for the tracker to be fitted. He was very careful and thorough and left the car exactly as he found it.

Fantastic service! I ordered on their website but someone called to say that the model I ordered was out of stock so they recommended a cheaper & better product - when does that happen?!! And it’s UK made, not from China. Follow up phone call to book in the technician…all very easy and professional. Would defo recommend!
