SpaDental Ross-on-Wye

First visit today to have a broken tooth seen to. Abdul the dental therapist did a great job applying a filling to the area, explained everything clearly to ensure I was happy with the procedure.

I have had 2 significant pieces of dental work done by Nada and Hayley recently and both have been done excellently: they are a very professional team and give me a lot of confidence listening to their conversation. In addition they are vey good at telling me what they are doing, and how they are doing it, and checking that I am all right too. Well done!

Ask to be upfront for treatment. When I got onto the chair the job turned out to be much more expensive than estimated. I could not afford afford the much higher cost and had to withdraw from treatment.Great difficulty in getting a refund from them. Lots of promises that were not honoured. Told it was all going through, had been approved, was with the refund team (who I could not speak to). Rang Head Office and was told that the man who does the refunds was on holiday. Did get a full refund in the end, but it was a struggle. Best to avoid. Staff are pleasant enough and they do a good dential job but they do not like refunds.

Had a brilliant appointment today with Nader he really looked after me and the dental work was amazing, I would definitely recommend to anyone. 5* treatment.
