Cowdel Clarke

Very unprofessional behaviour, I wanted to rent a house which they listed and all I got was a big nothing. They never considered me for the property even if I have a clean history and good income. I never recieved the application form even if I called them daily, all I recieved was deceiving lies and fals ensuring because 3 days after I viewed the property they rented the house to someone else!! I would never work with them again!!

Absolutely horrible place horrible people charging 220 pounds to clean oven fridge and washing machine when it was more dirty when I moved inHad leak after leak they always want to argue as well very hungry for money the staff very rude as wellShower was leaking all year they didn't fix it even though I rang loads of time for it to be sorted but kept getting pushed awayDon't use these guys I beg any one as they will make your life hellNow they are arguing over 220 pound for cleaning and they can't break down the costRobbing theifs thats all I can say

My house sale has just been completed with Cowdel Clarke and I truly could not imagine a better estate agent. There have been numerous difficult issues along the way and Richard went out of his way to enable the sale. Sarah then had to deal with a very complex situation which she mastered with great professionalism, practical solutions and determination to get the job done. Very unprofessional. First we asked about viewing on of their properties and they told us that they will send us the address on email, which they failed to do. We called again and received the address only to go and be greeted by a very unprofessional worker. After viewing the house and telling them that we would love to apply they told us another 4 people already applied, but they will send us a form on email to try our look. Needless to say the form never arrived. Next day we called and they assured us that we'll get a form really soon and once again received nothing. Don't want to have anything to do with them ever again. Very disappointed by the poor customer service.

Outstanding service from start to finish for the sale of our property. Having also previously bought a house through Cowdel Clarke they didn't disappoint second time round either! Richard completed the valuation, josh the viewings and Sarah (absolute star!) helped us to exchange and complete. Wpuld highly recommend.

My husband and I registered to rent with Cowdel Clarke prior to our relocation from the South to the North West. We spoke to a lot of agents during this time and found that Cowdel Clarke were the only ones who actually spent time listening to our requirements and talking to us about specific properties, not just noting our details with the promise of letting us know" about any properties that may be of interest. Haseena was brilliant

We purchased our property through Cowdel Clarke and they couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. They really went the extra mile to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I would definitely use them in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I would not give this company any stars at all. I found them very very unprofessional and difficult to deal with.I have moved many times over the years and have never ever had a problem with estate agents until I had to deal with this company.I found they are not honest with you at all and that I think is an absolute disgrace. I would not advise anyone to use them when looking for buying or renting there are better most trustworthy companies in Warrington to deal with.

Excellent service. Very good with communication and responce time. Sarah was very patient and wonderful to talk to. Definately use these if needed again. Went out of her way to assist worh the chain sale.
