I contacted surveywolf and within 24 hours I received a response. He was able to give me an appointment within 10 days. Any questions and queries were quickly answered. I originally asked for a level 3 inspection to which Kal responded honestly and stated it wouldn’t be applicable to our home and saved us money to which other companies may have taken advantage of that but each level of survey was fairlypriced. Kal arrived at the property at the time stated and inspected all areas. The report was sent to me within 24hours of the inspection. It was thorough and easy to read and helped us massively to make a decision on whether to buy the house or not. I would use surveywolf again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a decent surveyor, they are complex free, no hidden costs, have very quick responses and completed the job to a high standard to which we are very grateful.
