I recently ordered a leather ditty bag from this company and am very happy with it. I was a bit nervous ordering a specially made-to-order bag online so I sent what ended up being quite a few emails, but the staff were very friendly and helpful in answering my questions. They let me know when I could expect to receive my bag as well, which was good. It ended up being exactly what I was hoping for: the size and colour are just like in the pictures and description on their website, the leather is really soft and the finishing is beautiful. I love my new bag!

I purchased a product from here which was really well designed and made, however it was slightly too big for my needs so I returned it. The problem is they sent it straight back to me and didn't process a refund. I'm sure all the designs and products are great but if you can't act like a retailer then you shouldn't be selling stuff.Paul if you could reply to my emails please?
