TLScontact – Visa Application Centre Edinburgh

The worst VISA application centre.If anyone able to see this review and you able to apply for visa in other country please do it. The staffs here is rude and not professional at all compare from my experiences apply VISA in other country.- They speak to applicant in very rude term (Especially, the front door staff), I saw one applicant try to entering the centre before his appointment time (Which he mentioned he's only earlier like 10-15 minutes, and he probably don't know about that). Rather than let him know politely, but the staff speak rudely and told him to come back.- Very slow in term of handling the applicants. I wait for an hour even it's my appointment time. From my experiences, this is very unprofessional and slowest centre in many countries. And I don't see how each staffs want to improve this.If you see a great reviews from other applicants here maybe because they never actually apply VISA at a better centre than this.

I had my appointment at 2pm on a Friday , everything went better than expected as I was reading the reviews and was a bit worried. It took me one hour overall to apply and get my biometrics , all the employees were very helpful and friendly, my documents were complete but they were helping some applicants to print their missing documents. I’m just giving a 4 stars reviews just because I waited 35 minutes for my turn. Good luck everyone!

Very bad experience. My daughter's visa appointment for Germany was on 04/12/23 at 9:00 am. She has reached there at 8:30 am. One of the lady staff of TLS contact told her that their website was down and to wait for 12:30pm. My daughter has been waited there till 1:30 pm. The lady staff told my daughter that she was not be able to attend her that day and told my daughter to come on 08/12/23 at 12:30 pm.My daughter lives in Glasgow. She has reached TLS Contact 20 mins late on 08/12/23, for that reason they don't allow my daughter to enter into the office. They told my daughter to take another appointment though online. My daughter 's flight ticket for Germany is on 23/12/23. Ridiculous on 04/12/23 problem was from their side and today my daughter gets penalty for being late for 20 mins only.If she will take another appointment, she will not get her visa on time. It causes wastage of money including flight tickets, visa appointment fees etc.and furthermore wastage of time also.

Im very disappointed with this rubbish tls edinburgh. disgusting and very rude staff I'm already paid for the application the tls send me the different application reference stuff couldn't find my application on the system .which tls send me by email. How possible is it ! also charged me £35 for filling the form the tls rubing people. went to the appointment at 9 am the un experience staff cancelled my appointment.this is my appointment later reference number tlsedi000017084 and my application reference number is this vowint3220611.please selected un education staff to not make any mistakes like this

They don't entertain people..go there 5-10 minutes before time.No space for standings or que.Be on time ,dont be late.They will guide you in the process, with the document and will wait for 1-2 hr..for the document which you don't have.One suggestion don't bring kids below 10-12.Most important recent photos they need.

If you have an appointment at this center you need to know that the TLScontact located inside Regus building. Our appointment today was great, very friendly employees especially Benjamin the guy who did our applications, he made the boring paper work goes fast with his funny comments. Overall, very organized center, easy website to book an appointment from and fast service.

I’d give minus 1 star if I could. Very rude and unprofessional attitude, unreasonable rules, poor management, ambiguous instructions and crowded space. Customers are treated like animals. I would claim that systemic racism and discrimination are prominent inside of this building because you cannot prove the contrapositive false: those who are not discriminated against do not have the absolute need to enter this building.Edit: I am indeed considering of raising a formal lawsuit against this business entity with the accusation of racial and gender discrimination, if there is no evidence of any regret or apology. This is not an attempt of menace but a planned action going as scheduled. My lawyer will send the letter.

I was given false hope with a promise of receiving my visa within two weeks. Unfortunately, this assurance was far from the truth, causing immense stress and threatening to ruin my upcoming trip. TLS's service has been a major letdown, and I'm deeply disappointed.

Amazing customer service from George who assisted with my application. He’s very nice, friendly, very patient and he made the whole process smooth. Right from the entrance door, I approached a guy called Thomas who checked if my name was on the appointment list, he was also very friendly, a good welcoming atmosphere overall.

Absolutely disappointed with my experience at the TLS contact visa application centre for the German Consulate in Edinburgh. Not only was the staff unhelpful and seemingly untrained, but the individuals managing the building were incredibly rude. It's unfortunate that such a critical service has representatives who lack basic courtesy and professionalism. In this regard, I have contacted German Consulate directly. One would expect a smoother and more respectful experience when dealing with visa applications, but this centre was a letdown. I strongly urge potential applicants to be prepared for an unwelcoming environment and less than satisfactory service.
