Amazing nail salon with lots of great colours of choice! I have been going to Lemoge Clinic, Finchley Road for many many years. The staff are all friendly and very welcoming. They keep my nails beautiful and I have never had an issue even come off. They stay beautifully for many weeks. I will go to this salon forever :) A big shout to my nailist Vivian she is absolutely amazing and love her skills and her kind personality. And Lin she always organises my booking and looks after me so so well. I recommend this salon if you are looking for a good nail salon! Easy to find this place is also a good thing. Very close by Finchley Road Station. Thank you Vivian, Lin and Sunny :) See you in a few weeks time!

I booked a 45-minute Multivitamin facial on Monday, November 6 at 14.00. The room was cold, the beautician couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heating or dim the central light, the steam machine just wouldn’t work and no amount of switching on and off by her colleague could bring it to life. I lay in the cold room under a thin blanket with the door wide open while the two women kept telling me it had worked the previous day as if it was my fault. Another machine was plugged in and the beautician eventually managed to make it spurt out steam to the right side of my face. This was at 14.50. I tolerated the chilly room until 15.00.What a contrast to the usual warm room, skilled therapist and relaxing environment.Time taken on the actual facial was minimal and the whole experience was awful. The beautician's colleague was aggressive when I said I would only pay 75% of the fee but give the beautician a £5.00 tip as she obviously hadn't been shown how to use the heating/steam machine etc. The colleague said no tip should be given, that I didn't need heating as it wasn't cold and that I had been offered extra time to finish the job...that is true, but I was very cold, very upset and had a 15.00 appointment. There was no apology, no acknowledgement that the session had not been up to the usual standard and I left, very distressed by the whole experience.

This place is a fraud!!! They have a big signage outside with prices for their services. After walking in and having a waxing done I faced quite a different price to pay. After asking what happened to the price on the signage I was told that it’s simply very old and the prices were changed long time ago. And also they weren’t just little bit higher, no, the price was twice bigger! That’s it. £13 advertised VS £26 paid.On the way to the desk, I wanted to tip the lady and tell them that I’ll come back for sure. But how about I also say: “oh, that was an old thought. The new one says: I will never step my foot in this place!”I’m sure I’m not the only one tricked out like this. It’s a dirty way of making business. Shame on you!

No nonsense with no frills, in and out. Anyone complaining about the prices in these reviews must be also queuing up at the food bank, exceptionally reasonable pricing.

Advertises one price outside the premises charges a different price afterwards and you’ll be told it’s new pricing. And before you reply with “prices are subject to change”, yes they are but you can’t put a billboard outside the shop with one price and charge a different price. Completely illegal. Was forced to pay the “new price” and was told yes the sign needs to be changed. If you know it’s wrong, why advertise it. Anyway, opened a complaint with the Advertising Standards Authority and recommend anyone with a similar experience does the same.

On 16/07/2023 around 10:30AM, I was at this beauty salon with a friend, while my friend was getting her nails done I went to the receptionist in order to request if possible to get my eyebrows done both receptionist women looked at me horrible and one replies I have booking in a rude way and turn around continue talking to her colleague on language with out giving me any option I was shocked and nail staff notice and felt so sorry for me nail manager decided to persuade the lady to do my eyebrows and after 35 mins she came to me and ask if I still want to get my eyebrows done. I simply refused because they discriminate me and humiliate me front of the nail staff and my friend. I am shocked that I have to face this in 21st century. I would like to know why they treat me so horrible? Is the business not open for the public. I am leaving this comments so others can be aware what a horrible and racist staff are at this place. I will take matter further as I have evidence on what happened yesterday and will also send email to Equality act.

I paid the full price, didn't complain and would not be writing this review if the treated area is not hurting today. But it is and now I only hope it doesn't scar.I waited a day to see if the burn felt during my bikini waxing treatment was just sensitive skin. I can't provide photo here but there're red patches and white skin flaking off in the area. I find it hard to excuse the lady with bleached brown who treated me yesterday just having a stressful day. She push down my leg and hand instead of blowing on the hot wax when I told her it's burning my skin. When she finished there was blood and still hair on the area, but I just wanted to be gone asap. She told me my hair is too thick and I should receive a lazar treatment and left the room when I was still speaking and undressed.Please avoid this place at all costs.

The lady I got a haircut from was lovely in her mannerisms, but respectfully she had no idea what she was doing. She seemed extremely stressed about having washed my hair in cold water (their hot water was broken or something), so I was extra nice to her, which was clearly taken poorly...she confidently agreed to cut my hair when I showed her pictures and explained what I had before and I had no idea what I was in for. She asked me if I wanted my bangs trimmed (they were down to hovering over my eyes), and then cut them straight across my forehead - clearly she has never done it before because she didn't allow for any length whatsoever, and now they're too short and shapeless! On top of that, she cut more hair than I'd asked for (and more than she was comfortable with), and didn't give it any shape whatsoever, no face framing. I had to ask her to even out the supposed 'face framing' pieces because they were evidently two different lengths. I was too mortified to say a word and unfortunately I had already paid online. If this is what their 'senior hairstylist' does, I shudder at the thought of the others. Never going there again.

Amazing service. Nail technician listened to exactly what I wanted and took care and precision in achieving desired results! Worth the travel! I will be back!

I don’t usually leave reviews and one star is too much but I have never been treated so poorly in my life before. I come from this industry and the manner and attitude of ladies in this clinic is unacceptable. I went to book a treatment, I asked if the clinic did reflexology the response was “what” I repeated my question and I got the same response “what” and not politely. I booked a pedicure instead and the two ladies at the reception gave me the most unwelcoming look I have ever experienced. I then called in to cancel my appointment and they receptionist who answered could not have been ruder. I don’t think management takes negative reviews seriously as after reading reviews it seems like I am not the only one who has been treated negatively by the people working there. I have just moved into the area and this clinic would have been convenient and perfect but after the treatment I received yesterday I will not be going in there again.
