Genius healthcare and their staff are absolutely fantastic! They really care and are always so supportive. I'm nervous going to the dentist however the reception staff always try get me an early appointment and my dentist, Imran is so calming and is always gentle with me. All of the staff are simply fabulous! They put me at ease every single time. By far the best dentist I have ever used in my life!!,

Excellent service once again. It's a joy to come to the dentist these days. My wife is extremely nervous re dentists but everyone from Becca on reception to Imran and the assistants put her at ease. A credit to dentistry

I cannot fault this practise, I was taken off the patient list for a dentistafter missing an appointment due to covid. I eventually was accepted here and was glad of it. Although they use students who are in the last year's of training, they are supervised by Mr Bradley, but you would not believe they are trainees, their ethics and work practice are better than some dentists I have been to. My Dentist, Aaron, made me feel at ease as soon as I entered the room, he explained everything that was going to happen and preformed the process with skill and confidence, aided by Louise who I found to be friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very likeable. The pair make a great team. If you do get a chance to be with this practice, take it, you won't regret it.

Cannot recommend enough, I had a dental student complete my filling for me today, I was nervous to go in as I’m not keen on the dentist but Mr Binning ensured I was comfortable and explained what he was doing before doing it. I’ve never been more at ease during a dentist appointment, Thankyou

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this dentist and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed! My 11-year-old child needed an extraction and was understandably terrified, but the dentist went above and beyond to ensure that the experience was as comfortable and stress-free as possible.From the moment we walked into the office, we were greeted warmly by the staff and made to feel at ease. The dentist and his assistant were both incredibly kind and patient with my child, taking the time to explain the procedure and answer any questions we had.Throughout the extraction, the dentist reassured my child and made sure that he was comfortable and well-informed about what was happening. Thanks to the dentist's expertise and compassionate care, my child was able to get through the procedure without any undue stress or trauma.I would highly recommend this dentist and his assistant to anyone in need of dental care. They truly went above and beyond to provide excellent service, and I am grateful for their kindness and expertise. Thank you so much!

I needed an emergency appointment last week for toothache and Genix got me seen to very quick. Imran was the dentist who saw to me and I can not fault him - he's such a bubbly, funny and friendly guy and he was telling me what he was doing with my tooth while he was doing it. I was very pleased with the work he did!
