Chapel Wharf - Dandara Living

Wow, I have never had a better experience than moving into Chapel Wharf. The staff are absolutely AMAZING and go completely above and beyond for even the smallest requests, particularly the guys Rob and Andrew who are always on hand to help with anything overnight - they are super helpful and friendly. Liz is absolutely fantastic as well, again - so friendly and welcoming, always around to help and was an absolute star when I had to go to hospital. Swaren is great too, always asking how we are and chatting to us. Genuinely can’t fault them and the service they provide, day in and day out. I always recommend my friends to live here as it is such a pleasant place to live. Everything on your doorstep, brilliant team and the apartments are lovely. The parcel system is fantastic as well and so is the gym - two floors! The only downside is the storage (the drawers look lovely but fit virtually nothing in!), the fridges are tiny (you can ask for a mini one free of charge) and there’s no space in the storage cupboard to put things like hoovers etc. Also the carpets look very cheap but other than that, everything else is fabulous. I love living here so much but the best part is hands down the staff who make the process of moving in so seamless. Clement delivered our show around and was very thorough to make sure we were happy with everything. Teddy was fab showing us around as well before we moved in. Can’t thank them all enough.

Such a fantastic place to live. The building management team is fabulous, always very responsive and helpful. The leasing team is equally as helpful particularly Ashleigh Hamilton! So glad to have come across Chapel Warf and be lucky enough to secure a place with them!

We only managed to stay for 1 year but the accomodation and the free gym that comes with it is well worth price. There were never any issues but if there were, issues were dealt with straight away on the same day.The check in and check out process was straight forward and made our lives so much easier.

I have been living in the building for around a year now and it’s a beautiful place to live. One of the main benefits is the maintainance team who go above and beyond to help when needed, specially Paul who did help me a lot! I am so grateful to them !

Absolutely amazing staff, really warm and welcoming.Alan especially made us feel really at ease and I will definitely be recommending to all my friends. The apartments themselves look really stunning and with a cozy feel to them whilst being in a great location.

The staff at Dandara Living have been extremely helpful and responsive, we have found their services to be highly professional in this regard. My partner and I are extremely happy with the flat, there is nothing major to fault really. Perfect location in the city, highly recommended to anyone looking to rent!

I loved living here. The whole process of viewing, reserving, moving in, living and leaving (after 2 happy years), was incredibly smooth.The apartments are great and I would recommend to anyone wanting to live in the city centre.

My daughter recently moved to Chapel Wharf, she wanted city centre location but chapel wharf looked lovely and only a few minutes from the centre of the city walking. Of course moving out of the family home she was nervous. We arrived at Chapel Wharf on her moving in day and we were warmly welcomed by Cristian and Daniel, whilst she was completing her move in documents which was explained every step of the process we were offered a tea or coffee. We were then shown the facilities offered and taken up to her new home. Such a lovely apartment, very clean, bright and airy. The boys explained how to use the different appliances and the Wi-Fi (which is included in the rental) what was brilliant was the welcome gift given which contains a number of products. It’s a great location, really nice staff and facilities including the gym and communal areas look well maintained.

The place is fantastic; I felt it constantly like a home where I could see myself in the long term. The staff is always lovely and every month is a new activity or they bring restaurants every month!
