Jamie lea is fab with the dog she conducts herself in a good manner. Also has good communication and works to the best of her ability. Shes great with my dog molly an she loves going there I recommend hugos any day

Took dog for grooming. Was asked to take dog back next day to be finished as he was distressed. Got message to say shower broken can i take him the following day instead. No problem.Take dog next day as agreed shop closed. Text to ask when I can take dog. Still waiting for reply 6 months on. Happy to take your money and do half a job. (Took dog somewhere else).

Dropped my two dogs off earlier today, and when we went to pick them up, the groomer didn’t listen to anything we asked of them, they didn’t have a good environment and i didn’t want to leave my dogs there as i felt uncomfortable from the moment i walked in the door.£55 for a groom, for two dogs =£27.50 each, for them to be shaved. that’s really expensive...will not be taking them back.

Took our X pomeranian chihuahua to get groomed. Very happy. Done a great job. When I got home my daughter was happy as it's her dog. Reasonable price too. Would go again and definitely recommend.

I have taken my dogs to Angela for a number of years. Firstly she groomed my beautiful little westy Tilly. Tilly was a tricky customer due to her poorly skin allergies. Angela used her prescribed shampoo and never used any harsh chemicals with her. Tilly always going to see Angela because she would look and feel amazing when I picked her up. Angela always treated Tilly with kindness. Oscar is a Lhasa Apso and is a real Deva. He is another one of my dogs that loves to see Angela, she has a great relationship with him and he always comes back looking incredible and smells divine. I'd highly recommend her. She really does know her stuff & genuinely loves all her dogs. I wouldn't dream of taking them anywhere else.

Took my beloved King Charles cavalier here for a bath & groom. He is very nervous but he was but at ease by the lovely groomer straight away. Her love for dogs & her job is obvious. His cut was perfect and age even trimmed his claws. He came away smelling & looking a million dollars. I will definitely be returning

couldn't ask for a more professional groomer, that knows her stuff, was so caring, patient with my very nervous dog . Not only did he look amazing, also smelt it too. Text from Hugos when he was ready to be collected so he didn't fret. He was groomed exactly as I asked, and was a very competitive price HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED

Took our 2 puppies Charlie and Barney for introduction appointment to get used to being pampered. It was the best thing we did they love being brushed. Now been for a full groom and the pups look gorgeous. Amazing service. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
