Unfortunately my experience with Mark is very disappointing. He came touting for business within our community. I took his details and a few weeks later decided to call him to undertake a clean on our windows, soffits, cladding etc - I had a family function at our home and wanted the house looking sharp. A price and time was agreed. At the agreed time Mark did not show up so I text him a message which he read. He did not have the courtesy to reply. I sent him a further text later that day but still no reply. I’m saddened because I was trying to give him business which may have lead to more business for him. He let me down!

Mark really did wonders on my shamefully dirty conservatory windows and guttering. It may seem simple to most but when you watch him work you can tell through his efficiency and attention to detail that he knows his stuff. I can now see outside from the inside, big thanks!

The outside of the whole house was cleaned including gutters and the patio. Mark worked hard for almost 4 hours. Thehouse looks very much better than it did. He was a really pleasant and polite person to deal with. I was extremely pleased wilth the service and would use him again.

Mark was fab! He turned up promptly after me searching for a window cleaner on Facebook. He was punctual, the price was great and my windows look fab. He will now be my regular :)
