Ignored by the staff and it wasn't until I stared at them that one came 1.5 hours after we ordered on the app. The order went through because the glasses came.When the staff member went to check it seemed the order never made it to the kitchen.We got a full refund from the manager in charge in the end for making us sit there so long.

No queue, quiet at the time we went around early evening time.The only issue is the signal for 4G and WIFI doesn't work so ordering on the app doesn't work; however the staff are on hand and frequently check in and are fast and efficient and friendly.Slightly on the pricier side these days but a good place for all ages.Wheelchair parking and building access and table access and bathroom access. Good hot food and good desserts. Great for lunch and dinner with friends.

Really good deal for 2, staff on hand very attentive very clean and overall a wonderful and enjoyable time. Our server was Mathilde who completed the exceptional experience

Absolutely delicious food but dreadfully under-staffed. Love the salad bar and the pizza was fresh and yum... The ice cream factory sounds exciting but lacks imagination with toppings. A bit vanilla!

Manager was amazing, cannot fault her in the slightestOther staff clearly just couldn't be bothered, we arrived with a 2 year old and it took for the manager to see this and bring him a colouring book and crayons which he had great fun with!Bar the manager, the staff were young and clearly just there to get paid!We ordered our meals (absolutely cannot believe how expensive pizza hut has gotten)Staff didn't tell us that our glasses would be brought to us nor tell us about the salad bar being free (thankfully we already knew this)The sides and the child's meals were still semi frozen, so the child basically had crisps from the salad bar for a meal!The manager was so nice, when we complained she offered us other food for the little one but by that point he was over it, she did refund us part of our bill and could see she was genuinely upset that our meal wasn't good!The restaurant wasn't the cleanest, especially floors and female bathrooms.The staff (bar the manager) spend more time blethering between themselves it seams than doing their job and again everything seemed left to the manager to do.

Your typical high-energy Pizza Hut, but the ice cream machine works!Pizza Hut in Inverness is a lovely place for a night out with family or friends (or maybe a one-on-one date with the menu). The food is filling and delicious, not the healthiest option in the world, but a great treat.The staff are always friendly and helpful. There's plenty of modernisation in the building like using QR codes to order from your phone.11/10

The pizza was over priced, and it had obviously been left standing for a good 10 minutes or so, as it was like warm on arrival. There was no apology and worse, no stringy cheese! To compound matters, we had the salad, that looked depleted all around, and was probably the cause of our food poisoning. It is a shame, as I liked Pizza Hut, but will never go back again after this terrible experience.

Booked a table the night before, turned up on time, but were asked to show proof of our booking. We were shown to a table then ignored for 30 minutes. Ordered off the q code on the table as nobody bothered to attend to us. Drinks arrived 20 minutes later (wrong order) as the food appeared, luke warm at best. Around 65 pounds for food for two, quality was poor, service was non-existant, food wasn't hot, upholstery was ripped and tattered. Save your money, don't visit this dump, buy an Aldi pizza and sides, save yourself 50 quid. Or go to Pizza Express. It's expensive, but I always leave feeling I had a nice feed.
