Devonshire House Dental Practice

Started going here just before Covid and I cannot recommend them enough. I had a front crown replaced which had been bothering me for years by Assad Khan and his team. From the moment I sat in the chair I was put at ease. Everything was explained fully and I was given a plan which showed what work was to be carried out, how long it would take to complete and the total costs. When the work was completed I was over the moon and still am with how my smile looks now compared to years of looking awful. I go back regularly for check ups and to see the hygienist Leanne who is also amazing at keeping my teeth clean and healthy.

Devonshire House is the best dental practice in Cambridge. I have been attending this practice my whole life. I always feel like I am in safe hands. Their expertise and professionalism is unparalleled.

Had an implant fitted. Highly professional and top notch expertise. I was in the chair for well over one hour and the whole team carried out their complex work in a friendly and very relaxing manner. 5 star service easily. Thank you.

Dental Nurse Dawn visited my child's pre-school with a fantastic introduction to dentistry. Accompanied by her assistant 'Harry' the horse (with his fantastic set of teeth), Dawn delivered an engaging and varied session familiarising the children with the role of a dentist. She educated them about foods that make your teeth happy or sad, whilst leading an interactive discussion about healthy and unhealthy foods. The children got hands on with some activities and had a little pack to continue the engagement at home. This is a fantastic initiative being offered to many of our local settings. Thank you Dawn for bringing this to the community and engaging our youngest patients, who are just starting on their dentistry journey.

Update:I received a call from the Reception Manager, who was incredibly kind and apologetic. 4 cancellations in 12 months is still not good, but the follow-up and solution made me revise my rating.Hygienists & dentists are good, but my appointments keep getting cancelled at the Cambridge branch. This has now happened 3 times in a row, so will sadly have to find another practice that has capacity.

Lovely practice. Clean and comfortable. Made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. Dentist was kind. Caring and gentle..this from someone who has Ben afraid of dentists for nearly 60 years. Would I recommend... In a heartbat. Yes sure I would.

Very professional and helpful staff. The dentist himself put me at ease. My first impression of all at Devonshire House was really good as I am not the happiest person at the dentist. I am quite happy to return on an ongoing basis.

Very impressed, everyone was friendly, efficient, professional and reassuring. A really lovely atmosphere. The whole experience from the moment I arrived to the time I left was great. I have had some bad experiences with dentists in the past…at last, with Devonshire House, I found found a practice that I would very happily, and definitely, return to!
