Ice Dental practice

Unfortunately Ice dental has gone drastically downhill since being taken over .I rang up to advise that I may not make the appointment due to have to go to the doctors qith very high blood pressure and and feeling very unwell .Immediately I was told that there would be a fine for cancelling the appointment , no empathy just repeated comments of being fined .I then had the practice manager call me to ask my side of the story before making a decision however she had already made up her mind .And was then told I was not welcome at the practise because I advised I would be making a review and posting on social media.I would not recommend this dental practice to anyone.just appears to me only interested in making more money on customers misfortunes.

I cannot recommend Dimitrios and his team enough. I had full dental implants in a day following severe gum disease. Dimitrios is professional and skilful at what he does. He was patient and guided me through every part of the process. Dimitri deliverers a wonderful costumer experience that I would recommend to others. Thank you, and your team you have given me the confidence to smile again.

My recent appointment was a routine check up and was, as always a very positive experience. Very friendly and helpful nurses and receptionists. Good patient liaison via text. Prompt attention punctual to appointment time. After nearly 3 years implant work is still perfect!

I am only 36 and I have had lots of dental issues in the past. Ice Dental Practice is far superior to any dental surgery I have ever been to and it is well worth the money. The level of care is astounding and the people that work here are very warm and friendly. Appointment wise they are accommodating. If you need implants, cosmetic work or even complex fillings (I have had implants and complex fillings) I cannot encourage you enough to choose this practice. Thank you everyone.

Thank you to each and everyone of the lovely friendly staff today, emergency appointment due to toothache, not pleasant when you have a fear of dentists, the staff were great, calming voices, hand holding and a thorough explanation of what was going to happen. The Dentist was so gentle and I appreciated everything you did for me, safe to say no more toothache. Thank you all once again and I will see you again in a couple of weeks.Highly recommended

I am always very pleased with my visit to Ice Dental. The hygienists are wonderful - I have never had my teeth so well cleaned. The practice is so well organised and clean.
