The staff here are just fantastic, friendly and helpful but not at all pushy. They genuinely seem to be a happy team who have fun together and really want to help customers find exactly what they want. Shout out to Aaron and Peter for being so fab.

Terrible customer service.They don't refund on any spare tile you have bought on card from another store. Man called Kofi told me to go back to the other store that was in Leeds. I'm not going back to Leeds just to refund 2 packs of tiles.He even saidI cannot help you please hang up"What kind of store is tile giant running"

I’ve used Tile Giant at various locations in southeast London for years! They are great and very very helpful. Offering up advice and special offers. Particularly Aaron, have known him for ten years, he’s a star!

I got my outdoor tiles here. They have all the ones I am interested on display. Aaron and another gentleman (who has a trainee name tag) are very friendly and helpful. There was an unexpected issue with the delivery (not Aaron or his colleague’s fault). Aaron went really extra miles to make sure I got the tiles on time for my project. Greatly appreciated. If more tiles needed in future, will come here again!

I know a bunch of guys from Dulwich who work along the way.They work for Tile Giant, their Super Heroes and there here to save the day!!So helpful and so kind, no problem is too BIG or small.Their customer service is so on point, I just cant fault them at all!!Chris.P is a god send, the rest of the team are brilliant too!!My kitchen tiles are perfect and its all down to you!!So when you have a project and are looking for tiles on the net....Go to Dulwich, go to Tile Giant see these guys in action please....They are brilliant they are true heroes and they make good cups of tea!!

This retailer is terrible, almost on the brink of a sham. I was due a refund of 60 pounds back in February/March. It is now June. I have been extremely patient but now at the end of my tether. There is only one person at the Dulwich store who is able to process refunds or more supposedly 'complex' things so you have to wait until he is there to do anything. They keep saying they will process yet nothing happens. I keep having to chase. I have now gone to the main customer support and still nothing has been refunded. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TILE GIANT if you want to avoid this kind of hassle. They have poor systems in place that are unable to do a simple thing like a refund. I will now have to write to my credit card company. Thank goodness I bought via credit card. Really unimpressed

The team here couldn't have been more helpful, right through from tile selection to loading the car. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - plus a great selection of tiles. Would thoroughly recommend. We'll definitely be back for the next project.

I’ve been so impressed with my three visits to the branch in East Dulwich.My first visit was to pick up a online order. The bathroom tiles were heavy but Lee helped me load up my car.On my second visit to buy kitchen tiles and edging, I benefited from his excellent knowledge and time.On my third visit to purchase matching grout, primer and sealant, once again I was so impressed by his expertise and customer skills.
