Me and my partner eloped to Inverness. I chose Hayley and Lauren from to do my hair and make up on my wedding day !It was an unusual situation having it be just myself on the day but both ladies made the morning such a lovely morning. My hair and make up was perfect and I just loved the fun we had, they made my day so special.Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Hayley & Lauren for all their hard work and expertise and making my day so special.Highly recommend this salon!

I came in to get a colour correction done my hair was white blonde at the roots but orangy red thru out I messaged one of the stylists letting her know my expections that I want to keep my hair long and have it blonde she agreed to help me out. on the day I knew it would be a long process I trusted her with my hair as she done it before it turned out good however this time it was a complete distaster I got the complete opposite to what I wanted the stylist said she’s cutting off just the ends however she ended up cut off at least 4 inches of my hair without my premison I was very upset and disappointed as it Wasent what I wanted the hairdressers should of told me the measurements of how short she was cutting especially when my hair was past my chest but now it’s up to my shoulders. and it’s not even light blonde it’s dark orange blonde and my roots are back to brown honestly have never been more disappointed this is the reason why I always been scared of hairdressers as this stylist did what she thought was best for me without consulting with me first. In the end I needed up reciving a full refund from the owner as she could tell I was very upset and not happy with the colour or the cut I never left a bad review anywhere but I just felt like this had to be said I have friends that are hairdressers they told me that my cut not even and the colour still looks orange it dosnet look like much has been done apart from the very bad unwanted cut honestly the owner was lovely and kindly gave me the full refund it’s just the stylist who lied to me as I let her know my expetions before I came in and I didint ask her for her option on what she thinks would look best and she ended up doing what she thought was best which wasnet okay if my expections werent achievable she should of told me instead of agreeing with what I wanted and letting me think that she was gonna keep my hair long and dye it light blonde but do the complete opposite I will not be returning. Just to add aswell the stylist put up pictures of before and after on her Instagram page after I recived a full refund which I find very rude she was acting so proud of her work when I was crying and hated it so much as it wasnet what I wanted. A disappointed client nothing to be proud off I never had short hair before therefore this is a big unwanted change for me I’m still very upset I lost all my confidence i hate everything about this hair cut and colour therefore I have to go somewhere else to try and get this fixed and get extentions put I honestly don’t reccomend
