Staff friendly, my only grumble about lidl is there's no way to be in & out if you only have a few items, no self service tills or a ten item check out, u can have a pint of milk or a 2 hundred pound shop & can spend more time queuing than grocery shopping,

Great shop , good quality food and I also found it easier to shop here as it wasn't as busy as Acomb. The only draw back for me is I need to catch 2 buses so ended up getting a taxi

At Lidl there is so much choice and the selection is always good and varied which makes a trip to Lidl an excursion that requires the car!

Great place to go for budget shopping and a nice relaxing time there to wonder looking for your food shopping. I simply loved it and would be happy to visit this store many times more. Converted me to do my shopping week for good. Thanks..

Not the place to do a big family shop but saying that the meat and fruit and veg and fish sections cater for most people needs !Got to give the store credit for stocking a good range of bread and rolls and a bonus for me personally for stocking Low GI bread and bread rolls as I am diabetic !Frozen section again caters for most peoples needsStaff were polite and helpful !

As a vegan, I cannot say there's a wide range of plat-based products available; however, those which are available are cheap and goods quality for the most part. And veg... They have veg in cheap abundance. Lidl will never be a Tescos or a Waitrose with plenty of plant-based options at typically more expensive prices; it's a Lidl, so it good and cheap. Don't expect it to be anything else.

Main issue is sometimes only 1 or 2 check outs open. If not going to install self service, need more staff serving.Often chaotic drivers in car park too so have your wits about you.
