Cannot fault anything about the service I received. From getting advice on buying a new laptop to having it set up with everything I wanted installed went smoothly. Impressed by this, I then used the service to help setting up streaming to my old 'Smart' TV. Worth every penny and I would certainly not hesitate using the service again in the future.

My laptop was in a bad way. I gave it to Flummoxed and it was cleaned and reinstalled with lost programmes and I didn’t lose any of my personal data. Ross was kind and explained everything in a way I could understand.
