An absolute shambolic company. With them for 6 months and tried to make three claims and each time they wormed their way out of accepting a claim, even for a blocked drain!! NEVER EVER use this company - they are a joke and their staff are obnoxious and aggressive on the phone. Can't say enough how much you need to avoid these robbers!!

Please, please do not even think of taking out a contract with this company. They will try to wriggle out of any reason for honouring their agreement. After speaking, or should I say, arguing, with the Claims Manager, at CERTI, I can honestly say he is the most unhelpful, disagreeable person I have every have the misfortune to deal with. Please check the small print on your t & c's in relation to your boiler service because these people, i.e. Mr Harrison, will use this as an excuse not to send out an engineer. I have had boiler and central heating cover with many companies but never, ever, experienced anything like the shabby practices carried out by CERTI in my entire life. They will refuse to listen and/or help, sticking to the letter of the t & c's to get themselves off the hook. If you want good, reliable, honest and fair provider of this type of cover, GO ELSEWHERE. BE WARNED!

Terrible, had a boiler failure and was kept in a que for 30 minutes before finally having to leave my number, just could not get through to an agent. By the time they got back to me, I had signed up with British Gas and had arranged for an engineer to visit the same afternoon.Emails also go unanswered, I requested to cancel my policy inline with their cancellation policy. Surprise surprise they then tried to bill me for the next months cover. Luckily I wasn't silly enough to trust them and had cancelled the payments with the bank.This is a shambolic outfit, positive reviews are from people simply signing up, pretty much anybody who has had to use them for a call out is rating them very poorly.They are also claiming that they have 4 stars on trustpilot and they do not (check out the trustpilot reviews for more horror stories).Avoid this company like the plague!

don’t let yourself be tempted with this company. they have a long list of exclusions you don’t actually see until it’s time to make a claim. I have just wasted a year’s subscription then told they don’t cover for systems that are connected to underfloor Heating! it’s my boiler that has gone wrong you idiots.

Rubbish Company. Renewed my account automatically and charged the card. When i contacted within days of the first renewed payment they were charging £25 to cancel. Also they promise a free boiler service in 3 months when you buy the plan and they just dont bother servicing as they say they are busy.

So my boiler broke down on 1.1.18 and I have left several messages on their voicemail and tried calling them through this week . No response. I have had to cancel my debit card as the company still taking payments through visa debit card and I can't cancel the payment And no call back so far ! Appalling service !
