The Grooming Parlour

Just got my 3 dogs done and can say the lady's are a pleasure very friendly and go above and beyond. My dogs look beautiful and smell amazing . bertie,Emma,monty say a big thank you look forward to seeing you soon .

My dog came out from the groomers last time a changed dog he was really unhappy so I didnt go to another and groomed him myself that was a mistake I'm not a groomer and didnt do it properly he had matt's behind his ears and under his arms and he was a hot dog always in his paddling pool he needed grooming but he hates the sound of glippers I was recommended The Grooming Parlor I give it 10/10 three lovely ladies I knew as soon as I walked in the atmosphere was good and busy which is always a good sign. Dave was not that bad for them he had to have 2 with him sometimes but they said he did lay on his back for a tickle once he came out looking really Handsome and happy so thank you and Ive booked in again for 4weeks time so he gets used to being groomed

Had an amazing groom with my dog who has been a trouble with other groomers so my dog and myself are over the moon. Thank you Sue and Karen for you totally excellent advice 5 star service indeed

Have taken our dog twice for a cut and the first time, I saw a woman shouting “No” at a dog repeatedly. We nervously left our dog, they received a good cut and we thought it could be a one off. Took our dog back the second time and believe it was the same woman shouting loudly “No” and “Stop it” repeatedly at a scared dog on the grooming table. Again we received a good cut knowing it wasn’t that woman grooming our dog but won’t go back again as uncomfortable putting them in an atmosphere like that. Those who work there know who this must be and even if the grooming is good, we won’t be going back.

My little puppy had her first puppy trim and pamper today and she was looked after and spoilt by all the ladies - thank you so much!

It was the first time our dog had been for a haircut. She was made to feel calm and happy. So much so that when I came to pick her up, she was sleeping soundly and would quite happily have stayed there all day.Very friendly service, highly recommended.

Took my boy to the parlour today. He came out smelling lovely and coat was shining. The girls in there were lovely and friendly and you could tell they love their job. Brilliant service

Went here for his first puppy bath after recommendation. He came out happy and smelling of roses.
