I was so relieved to find such a reliable and trustworthy locksmith. The workmanship was excellent. Easily rectified my issue and provided outstanding customer service. I was so impressed i then passed the details onto a neighbour and a friend who had both been asking for a locksmith the very same day.I will never need to look for a locksmith again.

I contacted Luke from Lock East ltd late Sunday afternoon via email and he phoned me back within 20mins or so. He was very polit & professional & very helpful. He Said he could be out to me within about 30 mins which I didn't expect, especially on a weekend, and he turned up on time. The job was carried out very quickly and with no mees or fuss and the price was very competitive . I am extremely thankful for Luke's prompt actions and very professional service. And would highly recommend his services & will keep his details for any future work needed. All in all an excellent job.

Woke up in the morning unable to unlock or open our patio doors. Contacted Luke who responded straight away and arrived when he said he would and was able to fix our problem straight away. He was friendly and tidy with his work and we was relieved and thankful that he had been recommended to us.

Luke was very helpful over the phone with just a couple of quick questions. He was then round within 20 mins and had completed the job in 10 mins, without having to damage or change my locks! So grateful as I was stood out in the rain! Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Unfortunately we got locked out of our house due to losing our house keys. However Luke at Lock East Ltd was there to help in a flash. Cheapest and most efficient. Very good service and would definitely recommend to others. Hopefully we won’t need to use them again but if we do, we for sure will be going to lock east ltd. Very helpful 5 stars.

Excellent service. We had various companies look at our windows as they would not open. All quoted to replace every window in the house. Lock east managed to open them all and replace the damaged mechanism’s. He was fast and professional. Definitely recommended! Real magician:)

Luke at Lock East went the extra mile to help me secure my elderly mothers house with new locks. He arrived when promised, was polite and friendly and completed the required work at a very reasonable price. I will be using Lock East again whenever I have any lock issues. Thank you Luke.
