The care Moorcare has provided for my husband has been outstanding. Extremely reliable and compassionate. All the carers actually care and my husband looks on them as his friends. Thanks to Moorcare his discharge from hospital to home was very successful. This exemplary care has continued for over a year enabling my husband to remain in our home enjoying his life.

Moor Care have been caring for my father at home for some time now. He has advanced dementia. The carers are all amazing and have provided immense support for me and my family. They have become more like friends to us whilst remaining professional. Their service hasn't faltered throughout the entire pandemic. And we really are so grateful for the ongoing continued support. My mother who is 76 is now able to continue to live her life whilst having her husband at home and has become much happier again since moore care's assistance. Thank you all so much. I can highly recommend Moorcare to anyone looking for quality care for their loved one or anyone seeking extra help. They have always treated me with dignity, been professional and friendly. They treat their clients as they would like to be cared for themselves. They are helpful and very approachable. I feel safe and reassured in their care.

Whilst the carers themselves were mostly good they left my 92 year old mother in a very vulnerable position. She was reliant on their care as she is confined to her bed and unable to cook or care for herself and they contacted me on a Friday at 4.30 when I was abroad on a family holiday to tell me they were pulling her package of care with 4 days notice. They did not reply to my e mail and they did not reply to the social workers who called them multiple times. We were unable to source another package of care and after several extremely stressful days she was finally taken to a care home (the one thing she really did not want) and she has suffered a really severe mental breakdown. I am so disappointed with this company.

The staff at Thornhill Bungalow are exceptional and treat everyone with the utmost respect, it is immaculately clean and very professionally run by everyone who works there. I have total confidence in going away and leaving my father in law in the hands of the staff who have proved they are more than capable of dealing with every thing he needs.He is very happy at the bungalow and he likes the food very much too.Steph
