Trenley Park Liveries

Disappointed to be writing this but unfortunately the owner has turned money hungry and I'm speaking up. I had been having lessons here weekly for 4 years and stabled my horse here at £95 a week for a year and a half. In May I had paid for a camp at Trenley in full, my circumstances changed and I could no longer go, I let Andrew know well in advance and asked for a refund minus the 25% deposit. He agreed to this. 4 months later I'm still asking him (politely) for the money to no avail, only today did he decide to only refund me 50%. Along with this, one member of staff is an absolute bully who targets customers and staff (I get on well with old school strict instructors but she is a bully who I have seen make several people cry or want to give up horses), both her and Andrew have really let down not only their loyal customers but also their other staff who are absolutely incredible and put their all into caring for the Trenley horses and riders. Over 4 years I felt I had built a good relationship with the Trenley team but unfortunately Andrew has needlessly set that bridge ablaze.

Love the horses here. You know that Andy really loves and cares for his steeds. The lessons are varied and challenging too. My happy place!
