Being an Engineer I'm a very particular person when It comes to certain tasks, I searched the UK high and low for a decent trustworthy shop to help me with my first self-build Ebike that didn't just act as the middle man to a Chinese company, take 2 months to deliver anything, and have no customer service to provide, ..... I then found Dastrad ! Dale at Dastrad has been extremely helpful on more than one occasion, never chinned off a phone call when I needed to ask a question, despite it being late in the evening or even on a Sunday, can't fault this company nor the staff! Would recommend to anyone!

TOP COMPANY ID GO OVER THE MSX OF 5 STAR IF I COULD LOLPEOPLE NEED TO SHOP HERE FOR EVERYTHINGit was very difficult for me to find a uk escooter seller for the spec i was looking for until I found this fella and his companyI honestly can't thank him enoughAt first I spoke to him over the phone to ensure he was legit (as many escooter sellers are using uk domains from abroad) and too dam right he wasHe gave me all the info over the phone I ordered and payed for it immediately he then sent it out immediately I then received it the next working dayThe scooter is the ienyrid pro s+ this fella needs high recognition for his excellent customer service please go to his fb page and like follow and invite I can see his compampany doing really realy well for the excellent service proffesionalism and products

Had my delivery yesterday for my Dastrad M8 pro, more than pleased, love the design, the led lights are fab… the scooter not only looks great but is fast and I am yet to charge. I looked at the Kugoo but decided to save money and I’m glad I did. I will be back in the future

Really wish i had found these guys before we brought the bike we was looking for as there has been nothing but personal service and professionalism from Dastrad.We looked high and low for a battery.Called up and dale answered, he went out of his way to make sure that the issue we had was sorted and got us what we needed.The guy knows what he is talking about and feels like no question is to small for him.Delivered item next day.Outstanding customer service we will be coming back for upgrades and parts without a single doubt.If you are looking for that 1 step beyond then this company will sort you out.Thank you dale and the Team.

I just purchased a dastrad m8 pro I had a kugoo kirin M4 previously that cost me more than the kugoo and turns out had less power and the m8 is cheaper with also the build on these are amazing not your average cheap stuff these are built to last far better specs on the m8 compared. I have now covered over 40k and still yet to charge the battery we also purchased a DWJOY for my son who loves it over the moon with it what more can you ask for great price great aftercare from the owner of dastrad well worth the money wish I had gone to dastrad sooner
