This review is based purely upon a buyers prospective, as the house we purchased was for sale via this estate agent.During the sales negotiation phase, we found this estate agent ok. A little hard to get hold off at times but that was to be expected during the challenges of COVID. Our experience deteriorated once the sale was agreed.During the whole sales process, we did not receive a single phone call or email updating us on how things were progressing. We were not too impressed by this but I guess we weren’t this estate agents clients. However, the estate agent we used to sell our property, updated both us and our buyers at least weekly (sometimes more depending on what was happening) highlighting the stark contrast in customer service.We needed to contact Lee Shaw Partnership via the telephone regarding two issues during the whole sales process. Once to check if some of our seller’s outstanding paperwork had been submitted and once when we were trying to arrange the completion date. On one occasion my partner was told 'I've spent enough time on your case already today’. We feel this is completely unprofessional way to speak to someone. The person he spoke to offered us no further advice on how to resolve the issue. The way my partner was spoken too made us feel like we were a nuisance and pestering but I hardly think phoning to ask for an update on two issues during the whole process is excessive. Thankfully, our wonderful estate agent took it upon himself to get the issue sorted by getting the sellers solicitors details and contacting them himself to resolve the issues (which surprise surprise was sorted within the hour!).I must stress again, this is from the buyers prospective only. We can’t comment on the service they would offer to their vendors.

Please beware of this office they do not disclose neighbourly disputes even when informed also they give you great advice about the law which is all incorrect when you try to correct them they refuse to speak to you and put down the phone. All the best if you need to deal with this company.

We sold our house with The Lee Shaw Partnership. During the whole process we found them to be extremely helpful and professional. We were kept well informed throughout and felt valued as customers. Unfortunately the sale of our house did fall through a number of times due to unforeseen problems, but the staff at The Lee Shaw Partnership acted swiftly to get the house back on the market and get viewings booked and it was sold again very quickly. Overall we were very satisfied with the service we received and would definitely use The Lee Shaw Partnership again if we were to sell a property.

When I let a property through Lee Shaw I worked for a 'rival' estate agent but I cannot fault them. They are polite, do what they say they will and call back when they promise to. They have turned up to every viewing on time, followed up after viewings and done the paperwork smoothly and efficiently.We have since vacated that property and moved to another one, also through Lee Shaw and they have made the process seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for lettings.

Lee Shaw recently acted on our behalf in selling our property. Robert Totney has an experienced and dignified approach. His staff in Hagley are really helpful and always responsive despite some tricky times during Covid. A big thank you to all of them.
