I recently had an experience with Timpson that left me quite disappointed. I needed to have six keys and two fobs copied, and the total cost came to a staggering £78. I couldn't help but wonder when Timpson's pricing became so exorbitant.As a future landlord, cost-effective services are vital for my business operations. However, the prices I encountered at Timpson felt truly excessive. While I value quality and convenience, I also believe in fair and competitive pricing.In the future, I'll be exploring other options for my key and fob duplication needs. Timpson's current pricing model simply doesn't align with what I consider reasonable. I hope they reconsider their pricing strategy to better serve their customers' needs.Overall, I must say that I was disappointed by the cost of the service I received, and I hope that Timpsons takes note of these concerns and adjusts their pricing accordingly.It would have been much cheaper to replace the cylinder on my front door, window, and mailbox by a substantial amount.

Had great service for 2 watches, 1 needed a battery and the other for fixing a strap, so good I went back for cutting of 3 keys, that I had been putting off.

Very helpful and professional. They managed to salvage a new leather handbag that had been damaged by denim dye transfer.

Shaun was great. There was a slight mix up and he went out of the way to fix it and get it sorted! Over the moon with the wonderful customer service! Will come back for engraving again!
