An amazing hairdressers! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The minute you walk in, you feel like part of the family and are well taken care of.Charlotte does my hair and she is fabulous. Full of ideas, super fun and the most stylishly dressed - she’s very inspiring! I’m always pleased after my highlights and cuts, and when I fancy a change I trust her to do what she thinks would suit me best. She’s a gem!Highly recommend this salon; professional, friendly, and experts at what they do.

I have been going to Neros for many years and cannot praise them enough. Maria doesmy hair and I am always happy with the results. The atmosphere in the shop is excellent, they are like one happy family which makes the experience even better. Give them a try, you won’t regret it.

I have been going to Nero’s for as long as I can remember. Charlotte has cut my hair for at least the last 5 years, she is the only person I would trust with my hair now. Always a lovely experience. Would highly, HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who needs a haircut that they’ll love, with a lovely hairdresser :))

I have been using Nero's for at least 4 years. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. I have never been disappointed with my cut and blow-dry by Horatio, he knows exactly how to handle and style my hair, I often get compliments on the cut and style. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I cannot praise Maria and her partner and staff enough I have been Maria’s customer for well over 12 years every 5 weeks and all through the pandemic.( until they were forced to shut) Their customer care is first class and you will get honest advice on your needs and wants often offering you something you had not thought of. Fabulous service, I have even moved to Norfolk and still come back every 5 weeks and will continue to do so while I can. I have never been disappointed.

I have been going to Maria at Nero for some time now. She is so knowledgeable and has managed to cleverly correct my colour and shape my hair while I am growing it from a blunt bob into long hair for my wedding. The service and atmosphere in the salon is perfect, and i would highly recommend both the Salon and Maria.

I have been going to Nero hairdressers for a year now. The staff are always friendly and it is a good atmosphere. Horatio does my hair and he is always so professional and passionate about his job. My hair was restyled today 03/03/23 by Horatio. He was absolutely brilliant, he looked at my pictures (for hair styles) and listened to my ideas. I can not recommend him more highly, I left the salon with the cut I wanted and I felt good. Also, the lady that washed my hair and made my tea was very welcoming. Plus, the lady that took my money and arranged my next appointment was also very nice as well. A truly wonderful experience today. :)
