Friendly, knowledgeable and first class service. My laptop was in a bad way, within 24 hours they had resolved all issues, cleaned and repaired it. All technical issues explained clearly and thoroughly in a way I could understand. Could not be happier with the quality and speed of service. In my view they provide an excellent and trustworthy service, and are very much good value for money.

What an A1 service provided by Richard - Had a major meltdown with a Windows update together with a failing hard drive - As my machine is a business laptop (which obviously I needed to be able to continue working) Richard accepted my late call and within a day had sorted my window issues and upgraded my machine with a super fast SSD to get me back working again. More than happy with his costs, especially when I priced up buying another laptop with similar performance. This laptop has never run so well since he fixed it. I would have no hesitation in using his services again and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who needs a computer expert who goes well beyond the 'extra mile'. Thank you Richard.

Wow, fast prompt service from Active Computers today. Really wasn't expecting a phone call on the same day I took my laptop in but I was really grateful as needed it so I could carry out my office work. I tried a local computer shop at TF9 3AX but it was inefficient, difficult to access/contact and the proprietor rude. So I contacted Active Computers - what a difference: efficient, polite, professional and utterly helpful.Highly recommended.
