I have been going to Tereza for years. She has very good knowledge on muscles and how the body works. She always keeps it very professional and is very friendly. I will not go to anyone else she is the best massage therapist can't recommend her enough!

I have been using Tereza for remedial sports massage for the past 7 months or so, as I cycle around 3000 miles a year and have had lots of issues trying to maintain fitness. Tereza is superb - highly professional, has detailed knowledge of sports remedial massage and I always feel a 100 times better after a session. She has improved my inflexible back, quads and hamstrings which has meant I have had an injury-free year on my bike. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Absolutely brilliant!

Having had a severe shoulder pain for a considerable amount of months bordering on eight I decided to give sports massage a go .Tereza was my third massage therapist I had got in touch with as my other two did nothing to eleviate the problems .All I can say is im sooooo happy I went to tereza !!!...she is very knowledgeable and I felt at ease right away .After just 1 hour session my shoulders pain has reduced by 80% and I can now train and do things in the gym that I love .I would thoroughly recommend tereza to anyone suffering with aches and pains like I had 10/10

It can be hard to find a sports massage that really works, but Tereza is amazing. After just one session I felt far more relaxed and aches that had lingered for months were gone.

I have just booked a third weekly sports massage with Tereza, who I cannot sing enough praises about, after having had two previous massages, which really were the best I've ever had. Tereza is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, talking through what she is doing, and what is going on with your body, and also giving sound advice on posture. If you need any type of massage, therapeutic, sports or remedial, Tereza is definitely the person to see! She is simply the best!

She is professional, friendly and she has an amazing knack of finding the underlying issues to sore joints and stiff muscles. Needing a professional sports massage to help aid recovery of a persistent sore shoulder, an old broken rib injury and general soreness from gym training, Tereza has fixed my issues and continues to do so with the best massage I can remember, an excellent knowledge of body function and how remedial massage helps both recurrent and day to day muscle problems. To be recommended, if she can't help I'm not sure who could.

Tereza is brilliant. I have been several times over the last year and I feel much better immediately after each session. I had really bad shin splints and once she had worked on them I had no pain or discomfort at all afterwards. She also always give you the full hour booked
